No Real Estate Auctions on ZooBid.
There is no auction of real estate items on ZooBid. Real Estate is sold in a different format from the auction-style format for other ZooBid listed items.
Sellers list a real estate item for sale or rental, and pay a one-time fee to list their real estate item.
Real Estate categories.
There are three categories of real estate listings: sales, rentals, and timeshares;
Within these categories you can find listings for houses, apartments, and condominiums.
Bidders browse the home listings in the area they desire. If a buyer is interested, he/she may contact the seller directly with questions. Browsers/Buyers contact the seller by the email the seller provides upon registration and listing. with questions. This email address appears alongside the item listing.
If the buyer and seller agree on terms, the home may be sold by the seller directly to the buyer.
Fees.
Fees for listing real estate are as follows:
30 day real estate listing - $75.00
90 day real estate listing - $150.00
Listing fees for real estate are applied at the time of listing.
There are no additional fees if the real estate item is sold.
The above fees may be reduced or waived during certain ZooBid promotions. During those periods, sellers may list their real estate item/s at discounted prices or for free during the period of the promotion.

ZooBid enables buyers and sellers to meet and negotiate over the sale or rental of real estate items. ZooBid does not act as broker, agent or representative for either the seller or the buyer in real estate transactions.
Requirements of Sellers & Buyers.
ZooBid requires all sellers and buyers of real estate items on ZooBid to comply with all ZooBid's policies, including the terms and conditions of the ZooBid User Agreement and ZooBid's Privacy Policy. Sellers and Buyers are also required to be familiar with ZooBid's Policy on Restricted & Prohibited Items. Sellers and Buyers are also required to comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding the sale of real estate and the transfer of title/s.
Real Estate License Requirements.
You do not require a real estate license to sell your own home. This is called "For Sale By Owner". If you attempt to sell properties that are not owned by you, you may require a real estate license to list and/or sell real estate which is not owned by you. You are required to know the law regarding real estate sales in your jurisdiction.
